What data we process and why

Contact form. We process the data you provide voluntarily —name, company, email address and the content of your message— in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, maintain any resulting business communication.

Browsing. Our infrastructure provider logs technical data about requests (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in order to provide the service, keep it secure and produce aggregate usage statistics. This data is not used to identify specific individuals or to build profiles.

No automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects takes place.

Legal basis

• Handling enquiries received through the form: taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, legitimate interest in replying to the communication (art. 6.1.f).
• Security and operation of the website: legitimate interest in ensuring network and information security (art. 6.1.f GDPR, recital 49).
• Aggregate usage statistics: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Sending unsolicited commercial communications: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention period

Contact form data will be kept for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and, thereafter, for the limitation period of any legal claims that may arise. Once that period has elapsed, the data will be deleted.

Recipients and data processors

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as data processors, with whom the corresponding contract under article 28 GDPR is or must be in place:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery network, DNS and security. Location: USA (global network).
• Resend, Inc.: delivery of the emails generated by the contact form. Location: USA.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.: corporate email where enquiries are received. Location: EU.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend, Inc. are located in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with the supplementary measures applied by those providers.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by sending a request to angel.duran@dsagrupo.com or to the address above, together with proof of your identity.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).

Security measures

Desarrollo de Sistemas Avanzados, S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with article 32 GDPR. Communications with this website are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
